1. Nature of This Project

This Website promotes an independent fan film inspired by Final Fantasy.

This project is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Square Enix. All related intellectual property remains the property of Square Enix.

This production is a transformative fan work created for entertainment purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a contribution.
By contributing, you represent that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

3. Contributions and Payment Processing

All contributions made through this Website are:

  • Voluntary

  • Non-refundable (except as stated below)

  • Not investments

  • Not loans

  • Not securities

Contributions do not provide equity, ownership, revenue participation, or financial return.

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or similar services). We do not store full credit card information. Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel contributions at our discretion.

4. Use of Funds

Contributions may be used for production-related expenses, including but not limited to:

  • Equipment rental

  • Costumes and props

  • Location fees

  • Cast and crew expenses

  • Post-production

  • Marketing and distribution costs

Funds may also be used to cover administrative and operational expenses necessary to complete the project.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By making a contribution through this Website, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

If you believe a transaction was made in error, you must contact us at [Your Email] within 14 days of the transaction date.

  • Initiating a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback may constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in:

  • Denial of future access to the Website

  • Forfeiture of any associated rewards

  • Recovery of associated chargeback fees and administrative costs

  • Legal action where permitted by law

You acknowledge that contributions are voluntary and non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

6. Rewards

If contribution rewards are offered:

Rewards are provided as appreciation gifts, not purchases.

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Delays may occur due to production schedules, supply issues, or unforeseen events.

We reserve the right to modify or substitute rewards of equal value if necessary.

Failure to provide a shipping address or required information may result in forfeiture of physical rewards.

7. Refund Policy

All contributions are final, but refunds will be issued if the film's production is for any reason cancelled prior to any filming.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate transactions or processing errors.

If the project is delayed, modified, or canceled, funds may be used to cover costs already incurred. Contributors acknowledge that creative projects inherently involve risk and uncertainty. 

By completing a contribution, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and Chargeback Policy.

8. Project Changes or Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify, delay, suspend, or discontinue the project at any time due to:

  • Creative decisions

  • Budgetary limitations

  • Legal considerations

  • Intellectual property concerns

  • Force majeure events

If requested by the intellectual property owner, including Square Enix, we reserve the right to limit distribution or cease public exhibition of the project.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, characters, and related intellectual property associated with Final Fantasy are owned by Square Enix.

This project does not claim ownership over any third-party intellectual property.

All original content created specifically for this production — including scripts, original characters, designs, cinematography, and promotional materials — is the property of the production team unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Website content without written permission.

10. Refund Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for unlawful purposes

  • Interfere with Website security

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Submit false or misleading information

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

The production team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Contributions made

  • Project delays

  • Project cancellation

  • Website downtime

  • Third-party payment processor errors

12. No Guarantee of Completion

While we intend to complete the project, we do not guarantee that the film will be completed, released, or publicly distributed.

By contributing, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in creative productions.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the production team from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in

Los Angeles County, California.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
